ترى الرجل يقدم على أمر يظن فيه لذة أو منفعة، فينغمس فيه،
You see a man rushing into something he thinks brings pleasure or benefit, and he immerses himself in it,
مَنْفَعَةً — benefit. The second supposed object, parallel to the first, so it also stands in the object case and stays indefinite without 'the'. It matches the earlier noun in role as the other thing he imagines the matter holds.

and a small benefit might lead to great harm.
مَنْفَعَةٍ — benefit. This noun is the sense-subject 'a benefit' but stands in the possessive case because the 'many a' particle governs it that way. It is indefinite, and the following adjective will describe it.

and there is no benefit for him in his bag except the people’s remark:
مَنْفَعَةَ — benefit. The noun being denied, 'benefit'. Under this 'there is no...' frame it takes a special ending that drives the denial home, asserting not a shred of benefit exists. It stands indefinite.

And even though its benefit is for the servant and Allah is self-sufficient from it, it is for Him in terms of His love for it and His approval of it.
مَنْفَعَتُهَا — its benefit. This noun opens a possessive pairing with the attached 'its' as its owner, so it reads as 'its benefit', the benefit belonging to worship. As the subject of the being-verb it keeps the plain subject ending while the owner-pronoun fixes whose benefit it is.
