وَقَضَاء يَقْضِيه عَلَيْهِ ونعمة ينعم بهَا عَلَيْهِ فَلَا يَنْفَكّ من هَذِه الثَّلَاثَة
And a decree He executes upon him, and a blessing He bestows upon him, so he does not separate from these three.
وَنِعْمَةٌ — and a blessing. The third subject joined by 'and', indefinite and nominative like its fellows. It names a favor God bestows, completing the trio of command, decree and blessing.

النِّعْمَةِ — blessing. The occasion named after 'at', 'blessing', carrying the genitive ending the time-word requires. Its 'the' marks it as the definite favour in view.
