وإن جعل الطلب له مأكله ودكانا ، فالأعمال بالنيات ،
And if he makes seeking knowledge his means of livelihood and business, then actions are judged by intentions,
وَدُكَّانًا — and business. This is the bound wa- 'and' plus an indefinite noun in the object ending, 'and a shop', coordinated onto the previous second object. The wa- joins it on equal footing, and the object ending marks it too as something the seeking was turned into.
