فَيَكُونُ عَابِدًا لِلَّهِ لَا يَعْبُدُ إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ فَيُطِيعُ أَمْرَهُ وَأَمْرَ رُسُلِهِ
So he becomes a worshipper of God who worships none but Him, and he obeys His command and the command of His messengers.
وَأَمْرَ — and command. The 'and' attached to a noun 'command' that opens a fresh possessive pair, parallel to the previous object. As owner-side it drops its article and takes definiteness from the noun after it, building 'command of His messengers'.
