فَيَكُونُ عَابِدًا لِلَّهِ لَا يَعْبُدُ إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ فَيُطِيعُ أَمْرَهُ وَأَمْرَ رُسُلِهِ
So he becomes a worshipper of God who worships none but Him, and he obeys His command and the command of His messengers.
إِيَّاهُ — Him. A standalone object pronoun 'Him', a special form used when the object stands alone or for emphasis rather than attached to the verb. It singles out God as the sole one worshipped, in the object (accusative) form.
