Arabic vocabulary
How to say “condemning” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وبالغ في ذمها ويكفي ما فيها من الأكدار،
And He went to lengths in condemning it, and the distresses within it are enough,
ذَمِّهَا — condemning of it. This is the front half of 'condemning of it', a verb-derived noun in the genitive after 'in', with the attached 'it (feminine)' as the thing condemned, pointing back to the world. The suffix tracks that earlier feminine noun.
