أفيضوا في بعض ما يخفف عليكم وتأنس به طباعكم
Engage in something that eases you and delights your nature.
وَتَأْنَسُ — and it delights. The wa- joins this to the previous verb. A present-tense verb 'delights / takes comfort', with its subject 'your nature' coming after; the verb leads and names the doer next.
