لأَنَّ الْبَهَائِمَ وَاقِفَةٌ مَعَ طِبَاعِهَا لَا نَظَرَ لَهَا إِلَى عَاقِبَةٍ وَلا فِكْرَ فِي مَآلٍ
Because animals remain with their nature, without regard to consequences and without thinking of their fate.
طِبَاعِهَا — their nature. 'Nature' with 'their' attached; genitive after 'with'. The suffix reaches back to the animals as the owners.

طِبَاعُكُم — your nature. Names the subject of 'delights' and so takes the -u ending, with the attached -kum 'your' (plural) marking the possessors, 'your nature'. The pronoun shows whose nature is gladdened.
