اسْتَعِنْ عَلَى سَيْرِكَ إِلَى اللَّهِ بِتَرْكِ مَنْ شَغَلَكَ عَنِ اللَّهِ ﷿
Seek assistance on your path to Allah by abandoning those who divert you from Allah.
شَغَلَكَ — divert you. Past-tense verb 'shaghala' = 'he occupied, distracted'; '-ka' = 'you', so 'distracted you'.
