As for your deeds, they are not righteous, and your recitation is heavy, devoid of fear, sorrow, and apprehension.
الْخَشْيَةِ — fear. This noun, awe, is in the genitive after the preposition and definite by 'al-'. It is the first of three coordinated things the recitation is empty of, the genitive set by the preposition.
