As for the first food the people of Paradise will eat.
طَعَامٍ — food. A noun 'food' in the 'of'-type ending as the owned-half under 'first', and the thing a following clause describes. Its ending marks it as possessed by 'first', completing the phrase.

بِطَعَامٍ — with food. A 'with' preposition fused to the front of its noun -- 'with food', asking whether the narrator came bearing food. The preposition governs that noun into the genitive ending it assigns, all in one written word.
