فقلبٌ خلا من الخير كله،
So a heart that is devoid of all good,
الخَيْرِ — good. In the genitive after 'of', made definite by 'al-' as good in the absolute. What this heart wholly lacks.

خَيْرَ — good. A noun 'good' in the bare form that the absolute 'no' requires, completing 'there is no good whatsoever'. That special ending is the grammatical mark of this categorical-denial construction.
