So if you recognize what He has blessed you with and tested you, and are certain of what He has granted and bestowed,
أَسْدَى — He has granted. A past-tense verb with a built-in 'he' subject, inside the clause introduced by 'what'. The understood 'he' is God, reporting the completed granting that 'what' points to.
