فَأَنَا كَفِيلٌ لَكَ بِأَنَّهُ مَا يَسْمَعُ غَيْرَ ثَنَا قَالَ ثَنَا،
So I guarantee to you that he hears nothing except "narrated to us, he said, narrated to us."
كَفِيلٌ — a guarantor. An indefinite noun, no al-, naming a role, 'a guarantor / surety'. It serves as the predicate of the fronted 'I': 'I am a guarantor', a verbless equation where the linking 'am' is understood rather than written.
