So the fundamentalist who stands with the apparent meanings and narrations, his opponents deem him an anthropomorphist, a Hashwi, and an innovator.
وَحَشَوِيًّا — a Hashwi. The conjunction adds another deeming-predicate in the indefinite accusative, a relational noun formed with a 'belonging-to' suffix that turns a base into 'one of'. So this is a labeling term, here a sectarian slur, agreeing in case as a further thing they call him.
