الْبَشَرِيَّةِ — humanity. The owner completing 'laws of human nature', genitive, with the '-iyya' that turns 'human' into the abstract 'human-ness'. It names the condition whose laws are meant.

الْبَشَرِيُّ — human. A describing word 'the human/bodily one' for the Messenger, agreeing with him in being definite (its own 'the') and nominative. It is a relation-adjective built from the word for mankind, marking him as a human messenger.
