وَمَنْ يَسَّرَ عَلَى مُعْسِرٍ، يَسَّرَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ،
And whoever makes it easy for the one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and in the Hereafter.
مُعْسِرٍ — the one in difficulty. 'One in hardship, hard-pressed', a doer-noun for someone in financial or other straits, in the genitive after 'for' and indefinite. It names whom the easing helps.
