How to say “injustice” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
لَعُمْرُكَ مَا شَيْءٌ يَفُوْتُكَ نَيْلُهُ بِغَبْنٍ وَلَكِنَّ فِي الْعُقُولِ التَّغَابُنُ
By your life, nothing you fail to obtain is lost through injustice; rather, minds are mutually deluded.
بِغَبْنٍ — because of injustice. The prefix bi- here marks cause or manner, 'through/because of', and forces the noun after it into the (genitive). It tells you the alleged WAY a thing would be lost, namely through injustice, which the line denies. It links the loss to its supposed cause.
