أعلم أن من استخف بالقرآن أو المصحف أو بشئ منه أو سبهما أو جحد حرفا منه أو كذب بشئ مما صرح به

سَبَّهُمَا — insulted both of them. A past-tense verb 'insulted them both' with built-in 'he' subject and an attached dual object '-them-two'. The dual suffix is Arabic's dedicated 'exactly two' form, here pointing back to the Quran and the codex named earlier. English would need the extra words 'both of them'.
From: Honoring the Quran →وكذلك إذا جحد التوراة والانجيل أو كتب الله المنزلة أو كفر بها أو سبها أو استخف بها فهو كافر
Likewise, if one denies the Torah, the Gospel, or the revealed books of Allah, or disbelieves in them, or insults them, or disparages them, he is a disbeliever.
سَبَّهَا — insults them. A past-tense verb 'insulted them' with built-in 'he' subject and an attached '-them' (feminine plural) object pointing to the books. One word holds doer, action and the things insulted. The suffix keeps the reference tied to the revealed books.
