فقال النبي ﷺ فقهوا أخاكم في دينه، وأقرئوه القرآن وأطلقوا له أسيره ففعلوا
Then the Prophet ﷺ said: Educate your brother in his religion, teach him the Quran, and release his captive, and they did so.
الْقُرْآنَ — the Quran. al- = 'the'; Quran; the '-a' ending marks it as the object — 'the Quran'.

Whoever errs due to negligence in following the Qur'an and faith, for example,
ٱلْقُرْآنِ — the Qur'an. Genitive owner of 'following' — 'the Quran'.

A man who learned knowledge, taught it, and recited the Quran, but did so for people's praise, saying: He is a scholar and a reciter,
القُرْآنَ — the Quran. Direct object of 'recited', in the accusative (the '-a'); the 'al-' marks the specific Scripture. The accusative ending shows it is what was recited.

الْقُرْآنَ — the Quran. Direct object of 'pondered', accusative ('-a'), definite. The thing reflected upon.

The disbeliever is not prevented from hearing the Quran, as per the saying of Allah, the Exalted.
الْقُرْآنِ — the Quran. Owner in 'the hearing of the Quran,' in the -i form. The text itself is what may be heard; the disbeliever is free to listen to it.

الْقُرْآنَ — the Quran. Even though 'teaching' is a noun, it keeps a verb's appetite for an object: 'the Quran,' in the -a form, is what is taught. Action-nouns govern objects just as the verbs behind them do.

القُرْآنَ — the Quran. This is the subject of the 'that'-clause, but it wears an accusative ending because the 'anna' before it forced that case — not because it is an object. It is 'the Quran', about which the clause makes its claim. Definite, and described by what follows.

One is that it is the established method in the Quran to infer the resurrection from the creation.
القُرْآنِ — in the Quran. This is the owner noun 'the Quran' closing 'the method of the Quran', in the genitive of the possessive pair, made definite by 'the'. It fixes whose method is meant and lends definiteness back to 'method'.

The third is that there is no counterpart to this meaning in any part of the Quran, nor has anyone denied it to necessitate that God establishes evidence for it.
القُرْآنِ — the Quran. This is the owner noun 'the Quran' in the genitive forced by the preposition before it, made definite by 'the'. It names the text in which no parallel occurs.

Let him frequently remember God, recite the Qur'an, and seek the company of the righteous.
القُرْآنِ — the Qur'an. The owner that closes 'recitation of the Qur'an', sitting directly after the action-noun. Being the owning noun it takes the genitive ending, and its 'the' makes the whole pairing definite.

الْقُرْآنُ — the Quran. This is 'the Quran', definite with 'al-', the subject of 'came', placed after its verb in the nominative as the doer. It names what addressed or refined the saying. The verb-then-subject order is standard Arabic.

He knew that whoever belittled the Qur'an or the mus'haf, or any part of it, or insulted both of them, or denied a letter of it, or lied about what it clearly states.
بِالْقُرْآنِ — by the Qur'an. A preposition 'with/at' fused to a noun bearing al- ('the'); this belittling verb takes its object through bi- rather than directly. The preposition puts the noun in the (genitive) ending. So the word marks definiteness and channels the offence onto the Quran.
