وَجَعْلُ الْفَوْزِ بِالْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّجَاةِ مِنَ النَّارِ لَا يَحْظَى بِهِ إِلَّا الصَّابِرُونَ
And He has made attaining Paradise and being saved from the Fire attainable only by those who are patient.
يَحْظَى — is granted. A present-tense verb ('is granted/attains') with its object following via a preposition. The present shape marks it as a general rule about who attains this.
