وَجَعْلُ الْفَوْزِ بِالْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّجَاةِ مِنَ النَّارِ لَا يَحْظَى بِهِ إِلَّا الصَّابِرُونَ
And He has made attaining Paradise and being saved from the Fire attainable only by those who are patient.
الْفَوْزِ — the attainment. A definite noun ('the attainment') forming the owner half of an 'of' pairing with the action-noun before it ('the making of attainment'). It takes the genitive as the possessed object of that making.
