How to say “it increased” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَثَمَّرْتُ أَجْرَهُ حَتَّى كَثُرَتْ مِنْهُ الْأَمْوَالُ،
So I let his wage grow until it multiplied into wealth.
كَثُرَتْ — it increased. A past-tense verb with a feminine '-at' ending agreeing with the wealth that follows as its subject. The doer is named after the verb, the order Arabic often uses, and the feminine ending is what flags which later noun the verb belongs to.
