وَقَدْ خُطِبَتْ خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ وَبُذِلَ لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ مَا آجِلَهُ وَعَاجِلُهُ مِنْ مَالِي،
And Khadijah bint Khuwaylid was betrothed, and her dowry, both its deferred and its immediate parts, was paid from my wealth,
وَعَاجِلُهُ — and its immediate part. Front wa- is the joiner 'and', pairing this with the deferred part. The noun ends in -hu 'its', again pointing back to the dowry, so the two halves read 'its deferred part and its immediate part', balanced by wa-.
