اذا كان صاحبها سليم الاعتقاد عادلا خيرا كما رأينا جماعة منهم،
If its adherent has sound belief, is just and kind, as we have seen in some of them.
خَيِّرًا — kind. A third accusative predicate of 'to be' — 'good / kindly'. The stacked accusatives paint the ideal practitioner: sound in creed, just, and good. Its ending again signals a 'kana' predicate.
