وَلَا تَكِلنِي على بعد الديار إِلَى صبري الضَّعِيف فصبري أَنْت تعلمه
Do not leave me to my weak patience across the distance of lands.
تَكِلْنِي — do not leave me. A present-tense verb 'entrust / leave (to)' with '-ni' (me) attached, clipped to the jussive by the prohibiting 'do not' — 'do not consign me'. The suffix is the object: me.
