وَلَا تَكِلنِي على بعد الديار إِلَى صبري الضَّعِيف فصبري أَنْت تعلمه
Do not leave me to my weak patience across the distance of lands.
الضَّعِيفِ — weak. An adjective trailing 'my patience', genitive to agree — 'my weak [patience]'. The agreement marks it as describing my patience: feeble.
