كذلك مَنْ جَالَس الصائم انتفع بمجالسته له،
Similarly, those who sit with the fasting person benefit from his company,
كَذَٰلِكَ — like that. 'Like that', drawing the comparison home — just so. It applies the scent-image to the faster's companions.

Thus they will say.
كَذَلِكَ — thus. A demonstrative adverb meaning 'in that way', built from a 'like' element plus a 'that' pointer, so it reaches back and compares the coming action to what was just described. It sets the manner for the clause that follows rather than naming a thing, anchoring 'thus' to the prior scene.
