وَلَو كنت عُذْري الصبابة لم تكن بطينا وأنساك الْهوى كَثْرَة الْأكل
And if you were excused in passionate longing, you would not have been gluttonous, and love would have made you forget excessive eating.
وَأَنْسَاكَ — and made you forget. 'And' plus a past-tense (form IV) causative verb 'made [you] forget' with '-ka' (you) attached as object, its subject coming next. Under the counterfactual's reach, love would have made you forget.
