  وَأَرْحَمِ — the Most Merciful. This joins 'and' to a superlative 'most merciful', a second 'of' pair coordinate with the first, genitive in the chain. It continues the list of divine titles whom the wrong could not befit, built as 'the most X of the Ys'.
