فَقَالَ لِأُمْيَّةَ اِنْظُرْ لِيَّ سَاعَةَ خَلْوَةِ لَعَلَّيَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ
He said to Umayya, "Find for me a time of seclusion; perhaps I may circumambulate the House."
خَلْوَةٍ — of seclusion. The owner closing the 'time of...' pairing — set directly beside the head noun, with no separate 'of', and wearing the 'of' (genitive) ending. It specifies the wanted moment as one of privacy.
