مَوْضِعُ — the place. A noun 'place' standing as the predicate of 'and it is', heading a possessive pairing with 'the necklace' after it: 'the place of the necklace'. There is no verb 'is'; the noun-phrase beside the pronoun forms the statement.

مَوْضِعٍ — instance. An indefinite noun, 'a place/instance', in the form the preposition imposes and with no 'the'. Its indefiniteness keeps it general, 'any instance at all', reinforcing the sweeping denial.
