حَوْلَ — power. 'Might / capacity to change things', accusative without tanwin under the 'no' of total denial — 'no power at all'. The bare accusative is the signature of this categorical 'there is none'.

حَوْلَ — power. This noun, 'power, strength to act', sits in the bare ending demanded by the absolute 'no' before it, with no al- and no spoken case sound: 'no power'. Arabic uses this stripped shape after the la of total denial to declare the thing wholly absent.
