الدَّاعِي — the reason. 'the motive, prompter', nominative subject of 'kana'; an active participle ('that which drives'); its long final vowel is case-proof.

The onlooker will be able to see all of them, and the caller will be able to make all of them hear, and the sun will come near them, so the people will reach a level of distress and anxiety they cannot bear or endure.
الدَّاعِي — the caller. A noun made definite by al- 'the', the subject of the hearing verb before it. Its nominative ending marks it as the one whose call reaches everyone, set after its verb in the usual order.
