لَأَسْتَجِمُّ — I refresh. This fronts a stressing la- 'truly' onto a present-tense verb with 'I' built in; the la- adds emphasis, 'I do indeed refresh'. Arabic can prefix this little la- for assertion where English would use 'do' or 'really'.
