It also becomes invalid with the removal of the excuse that permitted it.
بِزَوَالِ — with the removal. The 'bi-' marks the cause again — 'by the disappearing of...'. The action-noun 'vanishing' heads an 'of' pair with 'the excuse': when the excuse that allowed tayammum goes away, the tayammum falls.
