And concerning the prohibition, by avoiding it out of fear of Him, reverence, and love.
وَإِجْلَالًا — and reverence. A second accusative of motive joined by 'and': 'and out of reverence'. The Form IV action-noun names awe-filled honoring; the case marks it as another reason the prohibition is avoided.

وَالاجْلَالِ — and reverence. A connecting 'and' adding 'reverence' to the running list of qualities. It coordinates another parallel genitive noun under 'the perfection of...', keeping the series going.
