So, the believer is tasked with fulfilling the rights of Allah, his self, and the creation.
بِحَقِّ — with the right of. A noun with the 'with' prefix attached, naming what he carries out, and it heads an 'of' pairing, 'the right of God'. The prefix governs it into the genitive, and the pairing is built by placing it directly before the divine name.
