بِالْحَقِّ — the truth. 'bi-' = 'with/to'; 'al-' = 'the'; 'haqq' = 'truth', so 'acknowledges the truth'.
From: Faith as Light →الذي يطلب الحق باجتهاده كما أمره الله ورسوله؛
who seeks the truth through his effort as Allah and His Messenger commanded him;

وَالْحَقُّ — and the truth. 'and the truth,' the fronted topic (the -u) — 'as for the truth [in it]...'. Joined by 'and,' it concedes that some truth exists in logic; where it lies comes after the 'fa-'. The topic is set, the comment delayed.
From: Revelation Over Philosophy →والحكمة الرياضية فيها حق من طبائع هندسية وحساب ونحو ذلك،

A sound heart recognizes the truth and inclines towards it.
الحَقَّ — the truth. This is the object of 'knows', so it stands in the object case, with 'the' marking the known truth. The case ending is what signals it is the thing known rather than the knower.

So, the believer is tasked with fulfilling the rights of Allah, his self, and the creation.
