رِزْقِهِمْ — and their sustenance. This is 'their provision' with attached 'their' — the noun that the participle 'flowing' actually applies to: it is their PROVISION that flows. So 'they are flowing-of-provision' = their livelihood is abundant. The pronoun ties the provision to them.
