Arabic vocabulary
How to say “she bore” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَقَدْ تَحَمَّلَتْ الْأُمُّ بِحِمْلِهِ أَثْقَالًا كَثِيرَةً،
Indeed, the mother bore many heavy burdens in carrying him.
تَحَمَّلَتْ — she bore. This is a completed-action verb on a 'took on / endured' pattern, with the small -t ending flagging a female subject. So the word tells you a woman did the bearing, no separate 'she' needed. The reflexive-style pattern adds the nuance of taking a burden onto oneself.
