How to say “so overcomes it” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ تُقَاوِمُ قُوَّتُهُ دَاءَهُ فَتَقْهَرُهُ وَيَكُونُ السُّلْطَانُ لِلْقُوَّةِ
Among people are those whose strength resists their disease; it overcomes the illness, and power belongs to strength.
فَتَقْهَرُهُ — so overcomes it. The 'fa-' draws a consequence ('and so'), the verb is present-tense, and '-hu' on its end is the object 'it', pointing back to the disease. So one word says 'so it overcomes it', with the strength as the unspoken doer.
