فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ تُقَاوِمُ قُوَّتُهُ دَاءَهُ فَتَقْهَرُهُ وَيَكُونُ السُّلْطَانُ لِلْقُوَّةِ
Among people are those whose strength resists their disease; it overcomes the illness, and power belongs to strength.
دَاءَهُ — his disease. A noun with the owner ending '-hu' (his) fused on, standing as the object of 'resists': his disease. The suffix points back to the same person whose strength is doing the resisting.
