الَّتِي تَعُوقُهُ عَنْ سَيْرِهِ عَلَى هَذَا الصِّرَاطِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ،
which prevents him from walking on this straight path,
الْمُسْتَقِيمِ — straight. An adjective ('straight') describing the path, completing 'this straight path'. It agrees with its noun in being definite and in the genitive, which is what binds the description to that noun. Arabic places the adjective after the noun it modifies.
