And there is a subtlety in expressing deeds in secrecy, as deeds are the results of hidden inner states.
لَطِيفَةٌ — a subtlety. An indefinite noun standing as the delayed subject of the opening 'in... there is': 'there is a subtlety'. Its subject ending marks it as the thing that exists, and Arabic regularly puts such an existing subject after its location phrase, unlike English which fronts 'there is'.
