• وَقِسْمٌ ثَانٍ يَشْهَدُونَ رُبُوبِيَّةَ الْحَقِّ

  And a second category testifies to the Lordship of the Truth.

  الْحَقِّ — the Truth. A noun carrying 'the' as the owner half of 'lordship of the Truth', joined by bare juxtaposition with no separate 'of'. It wears the after-link ending and supplies definiteness to the phrase. Here 'the Truth' reads as a divine title, the one whose lordship is meant.

  Until I said, "No, by the One who sent you with the truth,"

  بِالْحَقِّ — with the truth. The prefix bi- here marks the means or accompaniment of the sending, pinning the following noun in the 'of/by' slot it always forces. That noun also carries 'the', so it is a specific, known truth, and the doubled middle consonant is part of its fixed shape, not an error. The phrase rounds off the oath by stating what the sending was equipped with.
