أقسام ١ منهم من يحتج بأنه على تصحيح مذهبه وتقوية خاطره مع أنه لا يغلب على ظنه أن ذلك هو المراد بالآية وإنما يقصد الظهور على خصمه
Categories: 1 - Among them are those who argue to support their position and reinforce their view, even though they do not truly believe it is the intended meaning of the verse, but rather they aim to triumph over their opponent.
أَقْسَامٌ — Categories. A broken plural, 'categories / kinds,' standing as a heading before the list begins. Indefinite (the -un), it announces a classification; the numbered types follow.

And a second category testifies to the Lordship of the Truth.
وَقِسْمٌ — and a category. A sentence-starting wa- 'and' fused to an indefinite noun, opening a new item in a list of groups. The wa- coordinates this 'category' with ones described before; the indefiniteness marks it as 'a (further) category'. It becomes the topic of the clause that follows.
