How to say “their entering” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ شَرَّفَهُمْ وَأَعْلَى مَنْزِلَتَهُمْ بِدُخُولِهِمْ الإِسْلَامِ،
And that God honored them and elevated their station by their entering Islam,
بِدُخُولِهِمْ — by their entering. The preposition bi- ('by / through') fused onto an action-noun that ends in -him ('their'), so one word means 'by their ...'. The bi- marks the means and governs the noun into its genitive role; the action-noun names a deed, and -him says whose. It heads a possessive link with the next word.
