Arabic vocabulary
How to say “they conveyed” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَبَلَّغُوا هُمْ بِدَوْرِهِمْ مَا وَعَوُوهُ وَحَفِظُوهُ وَمَا كَتَبُوهُ
And they, in their turn, transmitted what they had understood and memorized and what they had written.
وبلّغوا — and they transmitted. 'Wa-' opens the sentence in sequence and attaches to a past verb in the 'convey/transmit' pattern (doubled middle consonant for a make-something-reach sense). The verb carries a plural 'they' subject in its form; a free pronoun will reinforce that subject next.
