ذِكْرُ فَضِيلَةِ الْعَقْلِ مِنْ جِهَةِ الاسْتِنْبَاطِ
The mention of the virtue of reason from the perspective of inference.
فَضِيلَةِ — virtue. Middle of a chain of 'of' phrases: 'the virtue of...'; genitive.

Indeed, the virtue of a thing is demonstrated by its outcome and benefit.
فَضِيلَةُ — virtue. First half of an 'of' phrase: 'the virtue of...'; subject (nominative).

And these descriptions are enough to show its virtue.
فَضِيلَةً — as a virtue. The '-an' ending marks an accusative of respect — 'as/in virtue'.

فَضَائِلُهُ — his virtues. A broken plural 'virtues / merits' with '-hu' (his) attached, the subject of the passive 'are recited', nominative. What gets read aloud.
